The Braesmont Civic Club is a voluntary, non-profit civic organization operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare of neighborhoods in the Braesmont area. Dues are $40/year, and are applied to the calendar year in which they are paid.

Braesmont Civic Club Real Estate Review presented at our 10/27/22 meeting by local Real Estate Broker Pascale Nicolet Smith. Pascale and her family have been Braesmont neighbors since 2008. She, husband – Rick & son – Alex also have a fencing and commercial pressure washing system manufacturing business.
